Karindo started from a simple belief: every event deserves the best visual experience. Established on September 4, 2015, Karindo began its journey from a home garage with a clear vision and long-term commitment. From this humble beginning, the foundation of professionalism, quality standards, and strong work culture was built.
Entering 2016, Karindo introduced its first LED Rental product, Indoor P3.9 LED Cabinet, marking the company’s first step into the LED display industry. Growing trust from clients led Karindo to support events such as ASTINDO Jakarta Travel Fair 2016, becoming an important milestone in the company’s early growth.
As client trust and operational needs continued to grow, Karindo moved into its first official office in Grand Wisata, Bekasi. This transition represented more than just a new location — it marked the beginning of a more professional and structured era.
During this phase, Karindo expanded its product line with Digital Signage, Interactive Whiteboard, Kiosk Box, LED Floor, Stage System, and Rigging solutions. Karindo was also trusted to handle major projects such as outdoor LED Billboard installation for Universitas Teknologi Yogyakarta and support prestigious events including Amazing 16 GTV and KPU events, strengthening its position in the national multimedia industry.
In 2019, Karindo strengthened its outdoor LED solutions with the introduction of LED Outdoor P4.8 and P3.9. The company continued delivering immersive visual experiences through projects for Kemenparekraf and Pertamina, including custom LED tunnel installations and interactive LED Floor configurations.
When the pandemic impacted the event industry in 2020, Karindo chose to adapt instead of stopping. The company expanded into LED Fixed Installation projects for corporate and commercial sectors, including installations for Jasa Marga and Toko Daging Nusantara. This strategic shift allowed Karindo to continue growing despite challenging circumstances.
Following the pandemic, Karindo returned stronger with new innovations and larger-scale projects. In 2021, Karindo introduced Mobiltron using Outdoor LED Display P5 and strengthened its fixed installation portfolio through projects for JD.ID and BRI Awards 2021, one of the company’s major post-pandemic milestones.
In 2022, MJ Solution Indonesia was established as Karindo’s official distributor to strengthen integrated display and technology solutions. During this period, Karindo also supported prestigious events such as Festival Film Indonesia 2022 and Soundrenaline 2022 with large-scale LED installations and creative visual concepts.
Driven by steady growth, Karindo expanded its operations with a new Yogyakarta branch and a new Head Office. The company also launched innovative products—including the LED Curve 45°, LED Cube, DLP Laser Projector, Flexible LED, and Sphere LED—while successfully delivering massive installations for major events like Jakarta Fair 2023, ICE BSD, and Istana Berbatik.
In 2024, Karindo restructured into two dedicated entities: Karindo Mitra Internasional as the holding company and product principal, and Karindo Mitra Jakarta focusing strictly on rental services. To back this operational excellence, a new warehouse and workshop facility were also inaugurated.
In 2025, Karindo expanded nationally by launching Karindo Mitra Bali and broadening its ecosystem with two specialized arms: YW Production (sound, lighting, rigging, and production gear) and Vision Work Media (LCD signage, projectors, interactive screens, and live cameras, photobooth). This transformation turned Karindo Group into a fully integrated, full-scale event and multimedia solution provider.
The year also brought milestone achievements, including the Dr. Zakir Naik Lecture Tour across four cities (deploying over 700 sqm of LED), Apel Kasatwil Polri, and major product launches featuring complex, custom setups like Giant LED Cubes, Giant LED Spheres, and outdoor transparent displays.
Entering 2026, Karindo continues its aggressive national expansion by officially launching a Surabaya branch, with upcoming locations planned for Bandung and Medan.
To strengthen its technological edge, the group developed a new sister company, AV Master Media Indonesia, focusing on advanced display systems and media processor solutions. Backed by solid foundations and continuous innovation, Karindo remains committed to delivering impactful visual experiences and shaping bigger stories ahead.
